Strategus is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our fully remote team across the United States. You will research and prospect leads, run multi‑channel outreach, and schedule discovery calls to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, sales, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
• Knowledge of digital marketing from the brand and/or agency side.
• Organized, persistent, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.

Aufgaben

• Research and prospect agency and brand leads aligned with Strategus’s ideal client profile and within DSD territories.
• Execute multi-channel outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms.
• Schedule and support discovery calls to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Contribute to quarterly sales revenue goals and achieve a 2.5% discovery-booked rate.
• Coordinate with Digital Sales Directors to prioritize accounts and ensure territory coverage.
• Maintain accurate activity records and lead statuses in Salesforce.
• Support market trips, in-person events, and other field-based activities.
