Zusammenfassung

StemWave is hiring a remote, full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new device revenue alongside our Account Executive team. You’ll own the top of the funnel by responding to inbound leads within minutes, prospecting, and booking consults that show.

You will support the AE through close, keep CRM up-to-date, and report daily on pace and projections. This is a remote, US-based role with a strong emphasis on speed, discipline, and multi-touch outreach.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3+ years in a BDR, SDR, appointment-setting or inside sales role with daily activity and targets.
• Comfort with high-volume phone work and fast inbound response.
• Hands-on CRM use and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
• Nice to have: experience selling to medical/wellness or high-ticket equipment.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and book consults with the AE team.
• Self-generate consults through outbound and organic channels.
• Make ~75 dials per day and maintain multi-touch cadences.
• Qualify fit before booking and coordinate calendar with AE.
• Stay with the deal post-consult until handoff to Client Success.
