Job summary

Health-E Commerce is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build an outbound pipeline, generate qualified meetings, and accelerate partner acquisitions across the benefits ecosystem.

You'll research and identify decision-makers, perform outbound outreach via email and phone, and maintain CRM data, targeting weekly meetings with the VP of Sales while collaborating on messaging and workflow improvements. This is a 100% remote US role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR/outbound lead gen role.
• Proven record of generating qualified B2B meetings.
• Experience with CRM systems and executive contact outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, researching, and verifying target contacts.
• Outbound outreach via email and phone with tailored messaging.
• Schedule discovery and presentation meetings with the VP of Sales.
• Maintain and enrich CRM data; track pipeline and metrics.
