Ascend Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales leads and cultivate opportunities across the U.S. You will work remotely in CST or MST time zones, driving outbound calls, emails, and webinars to identify and pursue healthcare education prospects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales success, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, remote position offering growth and a company support ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of overachieving.
• Experience selling to healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience using CRM to manage territory.
• Remote work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and client conversion via outbound calls and emails.
• Cultivate healthcare prospects across a U.S. territory.
• Use consultative, value-based selling to address prospects' needs.
• Conduct calls, emails, webinars, and social communications to meet metrics.
• Schedule discovery meetings with Sales team members as applicable.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture leads through the sales process.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
