Job summary

Pickworth GTM LLC. is hiring a Business Development Representative who knows how to create conversations from cold outreach. This role focuses on generating meetings through outbound activity via phone, email, LinkedIn and SMS, not customer support or marketing.

You will engage executives and senior decision-makers across healthcare, SaaS, AI and technology markets. Success is measured by held meetings, pipeline growth, and meeting or surpassing outbound targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SDR/BDR/inside sales experience
• Experience with modern outbound tech stack
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Proven history of exceeding outbound activity expectations

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified discovery meetings for client engagements
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns daily
• Conduct research to personalize outreach when necessary
• Engage senior executives across healthcare, SaaS, AI, and technology markets
• Maintain clean CRM and activity tracking
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on messaging and targeting strategy
• Consistently exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
