Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage purchase orders using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking tools, while ensuring timely documentation and compliance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience with prevailing-wage compliance documentation and reporting is preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice/documentation issues.
