Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional managers, technicians, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or related activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple concurrent tasks.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoices.
