Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, process purchase orders, and monitor work status using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets while aligning with ENGIE's legal and tax resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or related activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and multiple concurrent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites; provide backup for other solar/storage assets.
• Review field-service reports, update Salesforce cases, and save supporting documentation.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
