Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage system sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently with sound judgment and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication with project managers and stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites while providing backup support for other solar and storage assets as team needs arise.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting documentation, and update the corresponding Salesforce cases based on work completed.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and coordinate the resolution of invoice, payment, and documentation issues
