Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage procurement using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and related tools while liaising with managers, technicians, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting documents, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
