ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions by working with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop and site-tracking tools to maintain service records, create purchase orders,

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate results on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration with managers, contractors, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts and vendor activity, resolving invoice issues.
