Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple assignments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and comms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver accurate work on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save docs, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
