Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets with initial focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional teams, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking tools.

You will maintain service records, create POs, monitor work status, review reports, and ensure wage-compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field service activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, and PO/invoice processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.
Strong written and verbal communication; independent, detail-oriented.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across battery storage sites; support other assets as needed.
Review field-service reports, update Salesforce cases, and manage documentation.
Create and track purchase orders in Coupa; monitor vendor activity and invoicing.
