Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and collaborate with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking tools.

You will review intervention reports, maintain records, create purchase orders, monitor work status, and help ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or similar projects.
• Prevailing-wage environment experience and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity; resolve invoice issues.
