ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service interventions with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking tools, you will maintain service records, create and close POs, monitor work status, review reports, and resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or similar project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Coordination of contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities across battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity; resolve invoice issues.
