Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets. You will collaborate with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors to maintain records, review interventions, and ensure

Qualifications

You must have a minimum bachelor's degree.
You must have a minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
Experience with prevailing-wage compliance documentation and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other solar/storage assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases per work completed.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice/documentation issues.
