Scale Army is seeking a remote Lead Generation Specialist to transform inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and fuel growth for US-based clients. You will collaborate with BDR and AE teams, manage the pipeline, and optimize outreach sequences using AI tools.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, email automation, and CRM accuracy, with a focus on achieving high meeting bookings and conversion rates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation.
• Comfort using CRM systems and other online sales tools, and skilled at incorporating AI into daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Management: quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team.
• Lead Generation: own inbound and outbound lead generation to expand the sales pipeline, using LinkedIn and tools like Apollo and Instantly.
• Email Sequences & Automation: develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads.
• Outbound Outreach & Prospecting: own outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct outreach.
• Communication & Follow-ups: proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings.
• CRM Management: maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot and report on performance metrics.
