Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely and meet home-work requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and applicable courses of action to customers.
• Maintain accurate claim files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal SOPs.
