Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Maintain diary system to review and resolve claims per state guidelines.
• Open claims and obtain necessary information from insured and involved parties.
• Explain policy coverages and advise on appropriate next steps.
• Document files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate repairs, rentals, towing, and storage as needed.
• Apply estimating standards for varying complexity.
