Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role spanning multiple US time zones. You will handle non-injury auto claims, verify coverages, conduct liability reviews, and guide customers through the claims process from home.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, remote-work capability, and possibly an adjuster license per state. Bilingual abilities are a plus as noted in the posting; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.
• Ability to train and perform the job remotely and meet a work-from-home requirement.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and acquire loss details from insured, claimant and other parties.
• Explain policy coverages and appropriate course of action to customers.
• Communicate with customers and repair facilities; document files and send correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions and SOPs.
