Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote position in the United States. You will handle non-injury auto and property claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and inform members of outcomes while coordinating with other adjusters.

This remote role serves Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones. Requires a high school diploma or GED, remote-work capability, and possibly a state Adjuster license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; customer facing virtual work experience preferred.
• Remote-work capability and home office setup required.
• May require state Adjuster license.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and actions; communicate with customers regularly.
• Open and manage claims diaries; obtain police reports and witness statements.
• Coordinate with other adjusters and repair facilities to resolve claims.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Handle repairs, rentals, towing, and storage arrangements as needed.
