Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.
• Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting; able to meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and acquire required information and loss details from insured, claimant and other involved parties.
• Explains policy coverage and appropriate course of action; follows up with customers.
