Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role. Responsibilities include handling non-injury auto claims, verifying coverages, and guiding customers through the claims process from a remote setting.

The position supports a remote-first culture with training beginning soon and flexible scheduling to accommodate Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and drivers license/adjuster licensing may be required depending on state.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish welcome).
• Ability to work remotely and meet work-from-home requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and next steps to customers.
• Open claims and collect loss details from insured and others involved.
• Communicate claim status and follow up with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures.
• Manage diary system and inventory of claims.
