CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims in a remote, home-based role. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and explain decisions to members.

The position supports a remote-first culture, requires 2+ years of customer service, and offers flexible shifts across time zones, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Training runs 6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in a remote, customer-facing environment via phone, chat or email.
• Able to work in a 24/7 shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Willing to participate in camera-enabled onboarding when needed.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and obtain information from insured, claimant and others.
• Explain policy coverages and recommended actions to customers.
• Document files and maintain communication with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
