Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims in a remote, home-office setup. The role includes verifying coverages, conducting liability investigations and guiding customers through the claims process.

You will set expectations, obtain police reports, gather statements, and coordinate with other adjusters while maintaining timely updates. A bilingual ability is a plus, and remote work flexibility is offered in many states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2 years in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• Ability to train and perform the job remotely; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and acquire required information and loss details from insured, claimant and others.
• Explain policy coverage and appropriate course of action to customers.
• Document claim files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions and SOPs.
• Handle repair, rental, towing, total losses and negotiations as needed.
