Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto and property damage claims remotely from home. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, set expectations, obtain police reports, and coordinate with other adjusters.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.
Remote work capability and ability to meet work-from-home requirements.
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
Bilingual a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Handle non-injury auto and property damage claims from start to finish.
Verify coverages and explain policy details to members.
Conduct liability investigations and obtain police reports and witness statements.
Coordinate repairs, rentals, towing, and settlements with appropriate parties.
Maintain a claims diary and ensure state-compliant processes.
