CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role. You will handle non-injury auto claims, verify coverages, conduct investigations, and keep members informed about claim status from home offices in the U.S.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 2 years in a virtual customer-facing role) and may require a state Adjuster license. Training is six weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PT, starting 12/07/2026.

Mansioni

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and collect information from insured, claimant and other parties.
• Explain policy coverages and appropriate course of action to customers.
• Maintain claim files with timely correspondence and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate repairs, rentals, towing, total losses and storage arrangements.
• Apply estimating standards from minor to moderate complexity.
• Participate in 6-week paid virtual training (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm PT).
• Training starts on 12/07/2026.
