Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company, products, or services to prospects in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects not yet ready to schedule.
• Handle basic questions and objections with a professional approach.
• Record prospect information, conversations, and activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate times between prospects and reps.
