Simera is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and consistently following up with prospects to generate qualified meetings.

This role supports a remote sales team with a need for reliable internet and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment setting / outbound sales experience.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team.
• English proficiency may be required when communicating with English-speaking prospects.

Responsabilités

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce Simera and its products professionally.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects not yet ready to schedule.
• Record prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate times with sales reps.
• Meet activity targets daily, weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback on objections and customer needs.
