Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services (ELSE) to lead the U.S. AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales teams.

This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality proposals, SOWs, and JCEs while building a strong, geographically distributed team. You will drive customer-focused technical solutions, improve proposal cycle times, and collaborate with Proposal Management, Business Development, and other ABB engineering groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% within US.
• Minimum of 7 years in application or field engineering in power delivery.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW and job costing.
• Background in field service or power systems engineering.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
