Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years relevant experience; EE degree preferred.
• Travel up to 25% within the US.
• Geographically dispersed technical team leadership experience.
• Experience with proposals, SOWs, job costing, and commercial ops processes.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence and improve ITO processes.
• Standardize and continuously improve engineering processes and capabilities.
