Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking an Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services (ELSE) to lead the U.S. AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales teams.

You will drive customer-focused technical solutions, ensure high-quality SOWs and JCEs, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting growth. This remote role collaborates with Proposal Management, Business Development, Operations, and other ABB engineering teams to standardize solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel 25% within US.
7+ years in application/field engineering in power delivery systems.
Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
Drive proposal excellence and optimize SOWs and JCEs to shorten cycle times.
Standardize engineering processes through KPI management and training programs.
