ABB is seeking an Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services (ELSE) to lead the U.S. AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales. You will drive technical solutions with customers, ensure high-quality SOWs and JCEs, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 25% within the US.
• Extensive experience in application or field engineering in power delivery.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW creation and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing AE team across the ELSE portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support for strategic engagements.
• Drive proposal excellence with high-quality SOWs and JCEs, optimize processes.
• Standardize engineering processes and build training programs for capability growth.
