Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services (ELSE) in the US. This remote leadership role will guide the US AE organization to deliver high-quality proposals, SOWs, and job cost estimates while developing a top-tier team supporting the Commercial Operations and Sales teams.

You will collaborate with Proposal Management, Business Development, Operations, and ABB engineering teams to standardize solutions, improve cycle times, and enhance overall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% of time within the US.
• 7+ years in application/field engineering in power delivery systems, including 5+ years with customers in relevant segments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW creation, job costing, and commercial operations processes.
• Background in field service, power systems engineering, or industrial electrical services.
