Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II (Remote) to deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to drive requirements, documentations, and SOPs, while supporting testing and training activities. This role is remote nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Create and maintain SOPs and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Lead and accelerate project delivery within set timelines.
• Develop API mappings, specs and data flow diagrams.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for systems.
