Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role available across the United States. The position involves delivering enterprise APIs, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration across sales, service and claims channels.

The candidate will work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM and Developers to translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, and drive projects to completion while supporting testing and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes; document mappings, data flows and queries.
• Assist with testing, training and data analysis to support project outcomes.
