Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to work in a remote capacity across the United States. You will deliver enterprise APIs supporting sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem, and ensuring smooth integration.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to translate requirements into technical specs, develop SOPs, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within timelines.
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs; maintain documentation.
