Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring for an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote. This role focuses on delivering enterprise APIs, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integration across channels.

You will work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, develop SOPs, and maintain comprehensive documentation. This is a remote, nationwide opportunity with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
Solid understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.
Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and map interactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical specs.
Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are clear.
Create and maintain SOPs for consistent processes and traceability.
Develop API mappings, specs and documentation of data flows and systems.
Lead documentation updates and ensure accessibility for partners.
Assist with testing and training activities as needed.
Analyze data and contribute to project reporting and dashboards.
