Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role nationwide in the United States. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration across channels.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA, translate business needs into technical specs, and author API mappings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical specs
• Coordinate with PMs to meet timelines and milestones
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines
• Create API mappings, specs and ensure integration across domains
• Document systems mapping, data flows, and technical design with Architects and Designers
• Support testing and training with business users and stakeholders
• Analyze data and contribute to dashboards tracking progress and performance
