Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM and developers to gather requirements, craft technical specs, and maintain SOPs. Remote-first role across the United States with flexibility and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing.
• Translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Capture vital business needs and translate them into BRD documents.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA on requirements.
• Support testing activities including UAT and training material delivery.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
