Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring for an API IT Solutions Analyst II – Remote. You will help deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service and claims, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem and ensuring smooth integrations.

This role collaborates with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, support testing, and analyze data to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements
• Coordinate with PMs to meet project timelines
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flow, mappings, and queries
• Assist with UAT and training materials
• Analyze data and contribute to reports/dashboards
