Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II- Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integration across channels.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to translate requirements, create documentation, and drive projects to completion. This role supports a remote-first culture nationwide in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements and document them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and other IT partners.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with BRM/BRMC and BSA.
• Coordinate with PMs to meet project timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with UAT and training materials.
• Analyze data and contribute to dashboards and reports.
