Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II – Remote. The role focuses on delivering enterprise APIs, onboarding partners, and ensuring seamless integration across sales, service, and claims.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, document SOPs, and craft API specs. This remote role supports a wide US footprint with home telework options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and map interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
• Create, review and maintain API mappings, specs and data mappings.
• Document technical design, data flows and mapping details for stakeholders.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for system implementations.
• Analyze data and contribute to dashboards to track performance.
