Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem and ensuring smooth integration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BRM, BSA, PMs, Architects and Developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will develop SOPs, maintain documentation, support testing and training, and analyze data to produce reports and dashboards that guide project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
Solid understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.
Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, Developers and QA to translate needs into technical requirements.
Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within timelines.
Create API mapping sheets and API specs.
Document systems mapping, data flows, and queries.
Support UAT and training materials.
