Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy with platform partners. You will own analytics for a major product area, size opportunities, and shape investment decisions while aligning with Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams.

You will conduct advanced analyses, translate results into compelling business cases, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a GM mindset. Remote-first with flexible in-person onboarding supports this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product/risk decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by defining hypotheses and designing experiments.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
