Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to accelerate growth with major platform partners. You will own the analytics portfolio for a key product area, shaping growth opportunities and measuring impact across product, risk, and profitability.

You will mentor analysts, build scalable data models and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable business cases for senior leadership, working remotely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance and Revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Strong product and credit risk judgment with growth opportunities.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experiments and A/B testing.
• Experience using AI-powered tools like Cursor or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by designing actionable experiments for product-market fit.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue.
• Build scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted analytical workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
