Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy with major platform partners. You will size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact across interactions, risk, and profitability.

You will work with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams to optimize decisions and outcomes. The role requires a GM mindset, deep analytics expertise, and experience turning data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product, risk, or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with statistical analysis and A/B testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business cases for leadership decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by forming hypotheses and designing actionable experiments.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align on key decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted analytics workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
