Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth partnerships and measure the impact of key initiatives. You will work closely with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing to size opportunities and shape investments.

The role requires deep knowledge of lending/payments, a general manager mindset, and strong leadership across teams. This position is remote-first with some in-person needs in the U.S.

• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
