Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive the growth strategy for key platform partnerships. You will identify growth opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact with cross-functional teams including Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing.

The role requires a GM mindset, deep risk and product intuition, and a track record of delivering measurable analytics results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cross-functional analytics driving product or risk decisions.
• Strong SQL and Python with experience in experimental design and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics portfolio for a major product or business area and measure impact.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design experiments to validate product-market fit and economics.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue to align decisions.
• Develop scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytic practices.
