Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack in a remote-friendly role to drive growth partnerships and analytics strategy. You will own the analytics portfolio, size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact across growth, risk, and profitability.

You will mentor analysts, build scalable data models and dashboards, and work closely with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams. A GM mindset and deep lending/payments knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product, risk, or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python for statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align on decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
